Villa Luana

The pool was clean and the rooms are spacious, but the villa was dirty and I wouldn’t stay here again. There was black mould on the bathroom ceiling and shower curtain, flies on the window frame, and curtains coming off their rails. The mattresses were rock hard, the pillows felt like beanbag filling, and there were cracks in the walls. The towels were very poor quality, and there were very few loungers outside, which were uncomfortable too. Most concerning, the kitchen appliances didn’t work. I reported this, but nothing was brought up to standard. I shouldn’t have to clean a rental house myself. Avoid at all costs.
