The place was quiet and clean, and had what we needed while travelling. We usually pass through Alcácer do Sal, but this time we stayed overnight and got to know the town better, right from the centre. After a magnificent dinner, we took a pleasant evening stroll among the Sado and the friendly locals. We felt it was a safe place. The only small drawback was parking, but the stay made up for that. They also arranged the accommodation quickly.

A simple but cute place, with a great message at the entrance. It worked well for a few days as a couple, and everything else was spotless. I did miss a microwave and oven, and a coffee machine and a few more kitchen utensils would have been useful too.

We had a wonderful few days here. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable, right by the river and surrounded by the town's restaurants. Comporta is just 20 minutes away. Juan, the Portuguese man who manages the rooms, was fabulous.

For two people, I don't think it's worth the price. It's a studio with no amenities and very basic IKEA furniture, so I'd choose a proper hotel instead. A guesthouse costs about the same, but gives you hotel-style service. With more people, the living room and sofa bed might make it worthwhile. I wouldn't stay here again.
