The pool gave us a lovely break from the busy world, and the quiet setting made this a great place to recharge. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the homemade jam, and we liked being able to cook and do laundry. Our room was nice, though a bit dark for us. Service was very good, but at times we felt like we had to walk on eggshells. It’s also close to everything, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for sun and rest.

The Algarve setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and Teho and mariette were so kind and helpful throughout our trip. They shared plenty of stories and even gave us a book about the beaches. The pool has a marvelous view, and we’re sure we’ll come back for another swim.

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. It’s a quiet spot with a lovely garden and a pool for all the guests. We’d love to return.

We ended up staying for 12 days instead of just a few, since the peace and quiet suited us so well. There’s lots of greenery around, and we enjoyed watching the swallows dip into the pool to cool off. Our apartment beside the pool was beautiful, well-equipped, and had direct pool access. Mariëtte’s breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the hosts were attentive, friendly, and always available when we needed something. We stayed in July and had wonderful sunsets. We’d happily come back and hope to return soon.

It’s best to have your own car, since the location makes it easy to explore both the eastern and western Algarve coast. We rented the studio beside the pool, and everything was provided. The place is enchanting, with peaceful surroundings, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and warm hospitality from Mariette and Théodorus. Breakfast is homemade. Absolutely fantastic!
