The bathroom is really tiny, and there's very little breakfast. They don't provide forks, and the internet barely works. The beds are comfortable, though, and there's room to put your things away. The service was quite friendly and helpful. This place is only good for a night or two before moving on. I wouldn't recommend staying longer. People say you seem friendly, but I saw how badly you respond to Google Maps comments.

The owners are kind and helpful, but this is a very basic hotel, best treated as a base for nearby beaches. Our room was really small, so I can't give it more than two stars. Breakfast is supposed to start at 9:00, while other places serve it by 8:30 at the latest. You can ask them to serve it earlier with an excuse, but that's not the standard. There are no forks or cold cuts, so you either eat cake with your hands or put a knife in your mouth. I don't usually argue, and I mean this as constructive criticism: the Booking.com reservation said breakfast was from 8:30, not 9:00. I've visited Portugal, including the Algarve, more than once, and hotels always have forks. It's simply not true that people in Portugal use a spoon to eat cake.

The couple and their son are super friendly, and breakfast is good. The rooms have tiled floors, which I don't find very pleasant, and the bathroom is a little small. The hygiene, though, is excellent. It's right in the center near several restaurants, which is a plus if you like that, and the beach is about 2km away.
