Casa do Pedro Lisbon South Bay

We only used the cozy apartment for breakfast and sleep during our stop, and it suited us well. The area is good, close to Cristo Rei, with a great restaurant across the street for lunch and a supermarket very nearby. There's parking close by, though finding a spot was harder on the weekend. Pedro was attentive and friendly. The house is fully equipped for up to four beds, with a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dryer because of the humidity, a dining room with a sofa bed, and a crib. The kitchen is only missing a dishwasher. To get to Lisbon, the bridge toll is €2.10, with no charge on the return. Very good value for money.

This was a disastrous experience. I booked the apartment on Booking.com for Easter week with friends in Lisbon. The night before the trip, I was told there was an overlap between two reservations. The owner proposed that we stay at his place for the night, which made me angry, but I agreed. The next afternoon I asked for the address, and he said Booking.com had sent me a suggestion that I hadn't received. I told him I'd find somewhere else for that night and stay at the apartment afterward. He then said it had already been rented, leaving us stuck in Lisbon. He kept insisting he'd done everything possible. I said I was very happy, and he told me not to insult him. A terrible experience.
