The room was spacious and well appointed, and the front desk staff were helpful. The bed felt too firm to me, though that’s just personal preference. The hotel has a very open design, with interior rooms facing the lobby and hard surfaces everywhere. Sound carries through to the rooms facing the parking lot too. We couldn’t get to sleep until 12:30am. Maybe rooms facing the pool are quieter. I’ll wear earplugs tonight.

We’ve stayed here five times now. The rooms are large and have fully equipped kitchens, and the pool area is lovely without feeling crowded. A wonderful, relaxing hotel.

I didn’t want to leave after such a perfect, relaxing holiday. Our room was immaculate and really spacious, with a kettle, fridge, iron, and ironing board, which was a great bonus. The breakfast had a lovely range of food, and all the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. My only real issue was the balcony in room 13, which had no privacy because it was on the route down to the pool. The bed and pillows were too firm for me, as I like soft ones, but you can’t please everyone.

Ruben at the bar is an absolute legend. We came in July and he made the stay so special that we had to come back in October. The reception team handled our last-minute requests just a few hours before check-in, and the bar staff were great too. It’s a quiet area where we felt safe every day, and it’s close to the town centre.
