Peso Village

The breakfast was such a treat, delivered in a really cute picnic basket, and the welcome was lovely. The person who showed us around was very nice. My boyfriend and I spent two days here and had a great time. The house is incredible and cozy. We’ll definitely come back.

The grounds are lovely, with the accommodation buildings among green spaces, vineyards, and woods. The outdoor pool was clean and had beautiful views; there’s an indoor pool and games room as well for rainy days. Peso Village is about a 15-minute drive from Amarante, a lovely little riverside town with plenty of great places to eat. We stayed a few days in the Alvarinho Suite in early September 2023. It was spacious, airy, tastefully and modernly decorated, and very clean. The shower was good, with lots of hot water. Each morning a basket of breakfast treats was left outside our door, with breads, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, cheese, and ham. All the staff we met were pleasant and professional. Antonio was especially helpful: he welcomed us, explained everything, suggested local restaurants, and was available when we needed anything. We’d love to return. Highly recommended.

The estate was so peaceful, and the pool had an incredible view. Our apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities. The spa in the bathroom was amazing too. The host gave us a friendly welcome and a great explanation of everything. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks.

We had rain often, but it didn’t bother us since we used the sauna every day. The room views were wonderful, the service was perfect, and breakfast was a feast fit for a king. Stay here to rest and recover from stress. This beautiful place comes highly recommended.
