Dona Joana did everything she could to make our visit more enjoyable, and we loved the calm, charming villa. Kids have plenty to do here, with swings, indoor and outdoor pools, and a pingpong table. The indoor pool was very warm. The one problem was that the pool's hot water failed, so I had to take a shower in freezing water. I'd definitely like to come back!

The staff were helpful, and breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the pool and the different spots for games. Quinta Vale do Homem is a cozy place with a nice atmosphere. We look forward to staying again! Luis Gonçalves

What really earned the five stars for me was the staff. The place has a cozy feel and a special character, with antiques to look at around the property. There are plenty of ways to spend the day here, from the indoor swimming pool and bicycles to two pool tables in separate areas and other places to play games. I'll definitely come back next time I'm visiting Braga.

There was a strange smell in the room, and we found a strand of hair on the bed. The Wi-Fi didn't work, despite being listed. We tried calling to get help finding the place, which was difficult at night, but nobody answered.

The room was good, and the service was great. Staff were very friendly, and the price was very good for the facilities, including both an indoor and an outdoor pool.
