There are free-use bikes at the hostel, so take one out and explore the area if you’re passing through. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the old pharmacy house has been turned into a nice hostel. Staff are pleasant, rooms are comfortable, and the shower is good. There’s also a beer bar upstairs with local craft beers. Breakfast was good, though it could use sugar-free and gluten-free choices like plain yogurt, granola with and without honey, and rice cookies.

A cozy, nicely decorated place with great service. It’s pleasant to sit and have a good chat here.

It’s the cheapest place around, and the conditions were good for what I paid.

Nothing particularly memorable, the service was slow and the view wasn’t great.

We booked a room through booking that was supposed to have air conditioning. On arrival, we were told the remotes had been stolen, and it was unbearably hot. We tried switching the units on manually, but they seemed set up so that wasn’t possible. We spent about an hour trying to sort out a problem the hostel should have handled. The employee who welcomed us was very nice and spent that time looking for other remotes, but couldn’t find any. After we insisted, we were moved elsewhere. That place also had no AC, but at least it was possible to stay there, unlike the first room. However, there was no breakfast, and the whole setup was completely different. A really bad experience at hostel Pharmacy.
