Quinta da Nasce Agua Hotel

The grounds were lovely and well cared for, with paths that made for a nice hand-in-hand stroll. Inside, the old-fashioned 1800s keys added character, and our room felt peaceful, with a good energy. The staff were always attentive, and breakfast was fabulous. We had a grand stay at this boutique hotel.

We stayed in July 2025 and found it nice and quiet, with no noise. The pool area was refreshing for the kids, and the building is superb in a great spot outside town. My one complaint is the beds: far too hard, with no proper base, and awful for our backs.

The sounds around the hotel were all birds, and it felt wonderfully peaceful. Our rooms were tidied up beautifully every day, and the staff were very service minded. Breakfast had a good range, from hot dishes and fruit salad to pancakes for anyone wanting something sweet. The restored building sits beside a lovely private park and pool. If I come back to Terceira, I’ll stay here again.

The bed and breakfast itself was beautiful, with a lovely garden, amazing service, and breakfast that was better than I expected. But it also hosts weddings, and one went on until 4:30 in the morning. Drunk guests were yelling right outside our window, so we couldn’t sleep until 5 and our day was ruined. Bring earplugs in case you run into the same thing.
