It seems to function, but apart from a bathroom and a place for buses to pick up Internet clients, there's nothing else. No staff are working there. You have to buy tickets online, then sit and wait for the bus, with no screens showing itinerary information. You're on your own.

I didn't realize getting to Porto airport could be so easy. The buses are newer and clean, and the driver was good.

The bus was on time, and the station was neat and clean. It could use a café and clearer signs.

The drivers are helpful, but the five independent companies don't coordinate with each other. Employees can be useful, though they aren't always there. If you can find all the schedules, you'll have to work out for yourself when you can get where you want to go, and the information is only in Portuguese. If you don't speak Portuguese, tough luck.
