I had an amazing week here in January 2026. Tracy, Tara, and their team have created a really unique experience. After the five-day programme, I felt completely reset. The food was top notch too. I couldn’t recommend it more. BOOK IT NOW!

The thoughtful programme and caring team helped us leave some less healthy habits behind without much pain. We came hoping for a proper reset in five days, and that’s exactly how it felt. Such a quiet sanctuary. I’d love to come back once or twice a year.

A fab week in beautiful accommodation, with a lovely group of fellow guests. Mercedes was wonderful as a yoga teacher and just a lovely presence in general. We had the best time on our yoga break.
2/10
The online reviews set expectations that the place didn’t meet once we got inside. There was a noticeable dampness, and the interiors felt tired and like they needed attention. From outside it looked inviting and well maintained, which made the difference especially disappointing. The high ratings didn’t match the reality of the space.
10/10
We had ocean views from a stunning location, and my room was incredibly clean with a really high standard of finish. The schedule kept things varied, with a new adventure each day. Hiking, yoga, massages, and other activities meant I slept really well while I was there. The staff were so friendly, and all the practitioners were great at putting me at ease.
