Quinta De Parada Do Vez

Really great service!

A happy day 🌻

There was no breakfast for us, and we still haven't received a receipt for what we paid. That felt like both a tax issue and a lack of respect for the customer. We tried to sort things out, but the disregard has continued, and there has been no compensation for what happened. I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, considerate service. Our stay was one serious problem after another on one of the most important days of our lives, our wedding and our children's baptism. We had booked the entire place for ourselves, including both accommodation units, but nobody told us that outsiders were staying in a family room meant for six. There was no support from management or staff, and two family members were left without accommodation on our wedding night. We had to find somewhere else for relatives in the middle of the night.

We had a wonderful family weekend and would very likely do it again. The house was comfortable, with an old-fashioned style that still felt welcoming. It's in a secluded spot, and there was an event at the venue for large gatherings that weekend, but the house was well soundproofed and we didn't hear a thing.
