We waited an hour for raw beef. The staff were fighting with each other and the boss in front of customers, with plenty of stress despite the restaurant being less than 25% full. Terrible service. Looking forward to seeing them on the Portuguese version of Kitchen Nightmares.

The grilled dish was far too oily and didn’t taste grilled at all. The food and service were really poor, too. It took ages for the order to arrive, and then it wasn’t what I’d ordered. I’m sure any other restaurant would be better. Muito mal.

While we were at the restaurant, they ignored our attempts to get their attention several times. The only thing we were served was drinks, and when we tried to pay for them, the waiter got cocky and blamed us for their mistakes. Absolutely horrible, not recommended at all.

We booked a room, but it was cancelled the day before, without any notice in advance. The employees were extremely arrogant and unfriendly, and kept us waiting an hour just to tell us we couldn't stay there.

The food was oily and didn’t seem very fresh. Some staff were cordial, while others just lunged around. Hard to recommend, easy to forget.
