Central Suites Arouca

The beds were fantastic, really comfortable and high quality, and we hardly heard any other guests during our stay. Everything was spotless, and the staff were so welcoming that we felt at home right away. It’s a peaceful location with lovely views, just a short drive from charming Arouca. There’s a slight hum from the real swimming pool at times, but the view more than makes up for it, and the brand-new pool is a great extra on warm days. Breakfast isn’t included, but the shared kitchen is well equipped. Each guest gets two storage boxes, one in the fridge, for groceries from the local supermarkets. You can eat breakfast inside or out on the lovely terrace. A relaxing, well-organized stay at a very affordable price. Highly recommended!

A great find just outside Arouca, with a lovely host, a super clean house, a beautiful view, and great facilities. I’d avoid the attic rooms, though. The beds aren’t very comfortable, and the low ceilings make the bathroom a bit of a joke.

The staff really helped make our company event memorable, and the two twin houses were spotless. There was plenty of room for everyone, with 8 rooms in total. A marvellous stay. I'd happily give it six stars if I could, and can't recommend it enough.

We brought our own things and made breakfast, lunch and dinner, and everything went smoothly. The house had all we needed, felt like home, and was spacious, clean, fresh-smelling and very organised. The woman who welcomed us was lovely. There were other guests in the house, but no trouble or excessive noise. My husband and I enjoyed the weekend so much, we thought it was better than many hotels 😅. A little paradise in the middle of nature. We hope to come back soon!
