There were five of us, and although the view of Cabo da Rocca was stunning, the atmosphere was unfortunately far from pleasant. We'd looked forward to a wonderful holiday, but the stay turned out to be the opposite. Some promises weren't kept. Wi-Fi only worked outside by the pool, not inside the house, and the TV that was meant to show large images didn't work at all. There also wasn't seating for four people, let alone five. The house rules were very strict and made no sense to us, and the kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired.

Quinta dos Junqueiros is a peaceful place, with flower-filled gardens and a lovely view of Cabo da Roca. It's ideal for getting away from the stress of everyday life. Well worth a visit, and a few days' stay.
