We enjoyed breakfast and found the room comfortable. Ours looked onto the canal, so it was lovely for watching people. Hotel Aveiro Centre is a 3 star hotel sharing facilities with its 4 star neighbour, and it’s a nice place to stay in Aveiro. Construction was going on in reception while we were there, but it didn’t affect us, and they kept noise down in the mornings and evenings. The hallways can be loud when guests talk or shut doors, which is worth knowing if you’re sensitive to noise.

There are two parking spaces, but they’re unattended and taken up by people who aren’t hotel guests. Checking in can be a bit difficult.

A sweet little hotel, about a 12-minute walk from a shopping place, and close to the pretty channel and colorful bridges. It’s a good option if you’re out all day and only need somewhere for a night or two to shower and sleep :) Breakfast is included, which was a nice surprise!

What a nice surprise: the building is traditional but beautifully renovated, and the rooms are clean and charming. Breakfast had fresh pastries, fruit, eggs, extra virgin Olive oil and fresh honey with honeycombs. The staff were friendly the whole time, too. I’ll stay here again when I’m in Aveiro.

Right in the centre of aveiro, with clean, tidy rooms that were a good size and good service. Breakfast was OK, but there weren’t many hot options, so I’ve taken off a star.
