I called at the last minute and, since I came directly, was welcomed with an upgrade. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a good balance between price and quality. It's simple, but you can see the care in details like the included breakfast with homemade products. One small thing I'd add is a reading light by the beds. They do have sockets with mini and regular USB ports.

The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to enjoy the stay, and the rooms were clean, well kept, and comfortable for relaxing after a day out. The staff were a real highlight, friendly and professional, approachable and attentive, and they made us feel welcome. Rossio Aveiro Hostel is also very well placed near the beautiful canals, so it's easy to explore the main attractions and the scenery. I'd highly recommend it for the location, service, and clean accommodations. Good value for the experience.

The location is ideal for a few days in Aveiro. Staff were great and always ready to help. After checkout, we could leave our luggage at reception for free. We'd recommend this hostel.

Manuela at reception was very kind. I stayed here for a day and night to see Aveiro, a town with lots of local flavor. My dorm room was great and had no bunk beds. The bathrooms were clean and efficient. There was a guitar and chairs at one end of the lounge, a TV in the middle, and a table with chairs at the other. The kitchen had everything you might need to make a full meal. Breakfast was included and tasty.
