We were happy enough with it for two nights, especially for the price. The bed was comfortable, and even the little TV worked. Our room had a small table and chair, a creaky wooden floor, and no AC, but leaving the window open kept it fine for sleeping and it wasn't noisy. The kitchen was very basic, with a fridge, one stove, and a few utensils for reheating food. The bathroom was acceptable, though it could use an update. It's more of an inn than a hotel, so don't expect luxury or services. The location was handy too, about a three-minute walk from the station, ten minutes from downtown Aveiro, and five minutes from a huge grocery store.

I booked a room for one night and everything else seemed okay, but it had so many bedbugs. I couldn't sleep at all and left at 6 am. They said they'd refund me, but they didn't. A really bad experience ☹

There were bedbugs everywhere, so I couldn't sleep the whole night. I saw that someone had reported the same problem seven months earlier and it still hadn't been fixed. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The photos say enough. The smell was awful, with a horrible moldy odor that's hard to describe. Avoid this place. If you don't have money, sleep on a garden bench instead. It's cleaner.

The worst part was the night, when the couple in the next room got into a very loud, violent argument. We were frightened, especially with an 11-year-old child traveling with us, and nobody from the accommodation came to help or intervene. We had already noticed a strong, unpleasant smell on the stairs. The room looked clean at first, but had a crack in the wall and a wrecked wardrobe, and all the guests had to share one bathroom. We tried to cancel the next night, but couldn't. They said they'd cancel the booking and refund that amount, and we still haven't received anything. We have serious doubts about the people running the place. We think it may be a scam, since they're hard to find and have no online presence. Don't stay there.
