The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, even better than many Airbnbs I've stayed in, with everything needed to make meals and a coffee machine. The shared areas were spotless, and the bedroom was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The ensuite bathroom was great, though a towel rail would help with drying towels. Finding the address took a bit of effort because Google Maps sent us the wrong way, but a nearby shop helped us locate it. Once there, self check-in with the door code was easy. Be ready for a couple of flights of stairs. We also could have used a motion light for our early departure. The location was a pleasant surprise: the station is a three-minute walk away, and an underground passage goes straight to the bus terminal across the road. That worked really well for our group member with an early bus, though the escalators aren't running early in the morning. A clean, convenient place that worked well for a short visit.

The walls were paper thin, and after every shower the bathroom floor flooded despite our best efforts. The 2.5-meter closet wasn't secured to the wall and started tipping toward me as soon as I reached for its handle. We didn't store our clothes in it during our already shortened stay. Our check-in was set for 15h, but they called to ask if we could come at 17h. I agreed. When we arrived, the number was offline, and the manager had to let us in. Luckily he was just about to leave. Maybe we got the worst room or were unlucky, but based on this stay, I'm unlikely to return.

We got a 40% discount and took that price into account when rating Aveiro White House. The apartment was nice and pretty clean, with the basic things we needed but no luxuries. It's right by the station, while the centre and tourist area are about a 15-minute walk away. There are bus stops next door, a small supermarket with most things a few minutes down the road, and a pharmacy nearby too. The staff were very helpful. We had an issue in the middle of the night and they answered right away.

Clean and central, though the staff were pretty invisible. At five o'clock, you have to take your luggage with you. It's not proper luggage storage service.

One bathroom for five rooms just isn't enough.
