The bed was uncomfortable, with the springs pressing into my back, and both the toilet and shower were dirty. The building lists a terrace under its facilities, but only certain rooms can access it. The customer service has been rubbish. They took no responsibility for the misleading room listing, and refused to refund me so I could go elsewhere. I booked based on the photo for the room type, but the room we got looked nothing like it. Compare the listing photo with the photo of our room. I've opened a case with Agoda. This ruined our time here. Keep away. Rip off!

The tapas were delicious, and the service was really good. Such a nice place. Thanks so much.
