The apartments are spacious and have what you need, even for a longer stay or four people. Some have a washing machine, which is especially useful for long visits. The smart TVs have plenty of channels, language settings, and apps such as Netflix to log into. Long-stay guests get weekly cleaning. There's no reception desk, so you need to contact them by email or WhatsApp. Housekeeping speaks Portuguese and a little Spanish; for other needs, message the online reception and they'll arrange it. The location is right in Aveiro city center, with shops, restaurants, and bars within a ten-minute walk. Parking is on the street, or there's a garage about six minutes away on foot.

The staff were friendly and their service was superb. The facilities were modern, neat, and clean, and the place is in a prominent location. I'd highly recommend it for families or other visitors.

Both the apartment's space and its location in Aveiro were just right. I'd recommend staying here.

It's very easy to get around on foot, and the area felt safe. The train station is about a 10-15 minute walk, or a taxi costs around 8 euros. The accommodation was superb, right in the middle of everything. Eating out costs much less than in Lisbon, and there are lovely interior decorating shops full of interesting finds.

The living room has a good view, and the location is good. But none of the rooms have windows, and the chairs were already dirty and smelled. Reception was hard to reach before arrival and on check-in day, and the cleaning still wasn't finished at 3 pm, when check-in began. Sound carries badly between rooms. We could hear a couple being intimate at midnight.
