The place was old and dirty, with an unpleasant smell in the room. The shared toilets were filthy, and we couldn't even shower because of the condition. The sheets didn't look washed either. We were three people and paid extra for that, but got only two pillows. It wasn't expensive compared with other places, but definitely wasn't worth even half what we paid. I gave the owner all this feedback and hope they can improve. I was very disappointed.

The bedding was dirty and smelled awful, and the bathroom had no light, so showering meant doing it in the dark. The house and bedrooms were cold too. The person in charge had said by text that she was available if I needed anything, but after I arrived she didn't answer my questions. I only needed somewhere for one night at the last minute and booked this because it was the cheapest place I found, even though several reviews warned people weren't happy. I wish I'd paid about €5 more for somewhere decent. It felt like the owner wanted the money without spending any on keeping the place clean or in good shape. Don't make the same choice I did.

Customer service was 0/10. I had to cancel a room in advance and got no help or even a partial refund. It felt like a cash grab, with no effort to find a reasonable solution. I won't book here again.

The location was pretty decent, but the room stayed really cold even with a heater, and the bed wasn't very comfortable.
