As Cascatas Golf Resort and Spa Vilamoura

The staff were kind and professional, and the service felt dependable and thoughtful. The hotel gave us a calm, comfortable stay, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Bruno at the front desk for his helpful attention and hospitality. We're very grateful to the team for making the visit feel so reassuring.

Mid-October gave us lovely weather for golf and sunbathing. The hotel sits right on the golf courses and only minutes from the lively Vilamoura Marina, so the location works well whether you're here to unwind or play a round. This was another wonderful break, and each visit seems to impress me more. The rooms were immaculate, the staff consistently welcoming, and they were always ready to help. The whole team deserves thanks for their hard work, genuine care and attention to detail. Their hospitality makes every stay memorable, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

We visited just before Christmas in December. Our pool-view room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The staff worked hard to keep things running smoothly during the busy periods and make guests happy. We also tried the thermal areas at the on-site Seven Spa, which I recommend. Sauna and Turkish bath access costs extra for guests, but there's no charge for Hilton Honours Gold or Diamond members. The gym was well equipped and suitable for a range of workouts. A very nice stay.

The grounds are attractive and the location is very good, but I can't recommend the hotel. In our first room there was no hot water, the security lock was broken and the sliding door wouldn't lock. We called the front desk, but nothing was done until we complained again the next day. The day staff were helpful then and offered us another room. It was better, though the water pressure was very low. We didn't try the food. After paying 18€ for four black coffees, we didn't want to risk it.
