Good morning. I live nearby, and I’m writing to urge the guest house owners to set and enforce rules for people staying there. In the early hours of the morning on 21 August, our neighborhood was subjected to loud music, singing, and inappropriate language until 4 a.m.! This is a residential area, and people have to get up at 6:30 to go to work. If this behavior continues, and the abusive parking continues too, we’ll have to notify the authorities and seek legal help to put a stop to it. Regards, Manuela Galamba
