Veneza Hotel

The service made the inconvenience worthwhile, and I'd stay at the Veneza Hotel again. We first had a room beside a rooster that started singing at 4:30 AM. We might have understood that in the countryside, but didn't expect it in the city. When we told the front desk, they were very accommodating and moved us the next day after a cancellation. The new room was quiet and good, and the hotel was extremely clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable, though not enough for a one-star rating, maybe three stars.

Parking was the only real hassle. The hotel lot was full, and the spaces outside were always taken. It was hard to tell which areas were paid and which were free, so we paid just in case even when parked in a free zone. That's not the hotel's fault. The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable, with spotless rooms and an old-fashioned style I really liked. Our room looked out on a small fish pond, and there was a terrace behind it, probably for breakfast. The staff were warm and helped us with all the information we needed. I highly recommend it.

A short walk gets you to the centre, and the train station is even closer. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, and the price was reasonable.

I booked three nights and was very happy with the service. The staff were kind and gave us all the information we needed, plus extra help. I called the day before arriving because I had an electric car, and they reserved a parking space with a plug so I could charge it. It was a very pleasant stay. If I'm in the area again, this will be my first choice. I recommend it 100%.
