We had dinner here after booking in advance, and the food was delicious. Isabel was a wonderful cook and host. We tried 11 wines with the meal and enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. We also walked around the vineyard, and the next morning Tiago gave us a really interesting tour of the winery operation. We bought wine from him too. Everything was great, and I highly recommend staying a night or two in this beautiful place.

The setting among the vineyards was beautiful, with spacious rooms and lots of shared space in a property with 300 years of history. It was very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was sumptuous, served in a classic dining room. Isabel's hospitality and the lovely stay made this a perfect end to our travels in Portugal.

We stayed two nights at this winery, which has operated since 1733. A recent renovation turned the buildings into an eleven-suite wine hotel, set around a large, spare courtyard with a beautiful tree. There are event spaces and a modern winery on the extensive estate. If you're in Lisbon and want a nearby winery tour or an overnight stay, this is a good option. Our suite was modern, spacious, and minimally but nicely equipped. It had an antique armoire, a vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling, a marble bathroom, and a balcony looking over grape fields in every direction. The ten other suites, shown in the photos, seemed to be individually styled. The sprawling manor house has more social rooms than I can name. Breakfast came with the stay, served in a large dining room under a Murano chandelier. There were plenty of choices, more food than the two of us could manage. We also booked a tour led by one of the winemakers. We learned that one million liters are fermenting or aging in tanks or oak barrels, with another million liters aging in bottles. The tour finished with a tasting of six of the winery's 26 wines, plus cheese, prosciutto, and more. The small staff gave great service, and we loved the visit. I'd rate our suite 8 out of 10 on my luxury scale. YouTube’s Chef’s Apprentice.

We spent three nights here and explored the area, where there are so many things to see. The tranquil location, lovely surroundings, and immaculate, beautiful buildings all made a great impression. Breakfast was well presented, and Isabel's warm welcome made us feel at home right away. We left with 12 bottles of wine made at the quinta so we could enjoy the experience at home. For the price and quality, we'd give it 6 stars if we could!

We felt right at home here and had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, and the wine selection has something for every taste. I especially like the sparkling wines and the Tinto Reserva. As I write this, I'm sipping a glass of the Nana Rosé. The estate sits high in the region, with stunning views from the viewing tower across much of the land and vineyards. We could also see the vines from our bedroom window and terrace. There's a shop on site where the wine is sold at very reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back. Até a próxima!
