The farm has such a lovely story behind it, and the staff are amazing. We enjoyed coffee with delicious banana bread, and the gluten-free sourdough was exceptional too. The shop has a great range of organic produce, plus seeds you can plant yourself. We’ll be back soon!
You can pick up soup in a bottle and have them heat it and serve it right there. Great products, and the people are great too. Really good farm shop.
The only awkward bit was that we didn’t know there were two seatings, so we were asked to finish up when the next diners had already arrived. Still, it’s a lovely restaurant with a farm-to-fork menu, and a great place to try something different. What a good find.
Duarte gave us an amazing tour of the farm. We learned so much about the animals and plants, and my children were really excited, especially when they saw a turkey sitting on an egg. I’d highly recommend the tour to anyone visiting the area!
The gnocchi are going to stay with me, they were that delicious. It’s my new happy place, with beautiful people and a beautiful setting. Best vegetarian meal I’ve had in Portugal so far. I’ll be back ❤️
