A beautiful, peaceful place, made even nicer by how friendly the owners are.

We were staying nearby and stopped in while driving past, but they turned us away and said they don't offer wine tasting.

I intend to report this pricing practice to the French consumer protection agency. It's unacceptable to cancel a reservation just four days before departure when they could have given much more notice. The establishment advertises at different prices across booking sites, and I'm clearly not the only one who feels ripped off. This isn't defamation, it's a fact. They say the sites collect the booking fee, which is true, but they shouldn't be playing both sides. Hospitality professionals have a duty to be honest with clients. As a former business owner, I've always been transparent about my prices.

My anger is justified. I have a child who needs physiotherapy every day, and I found a practice next to our vacation spot, only for you to cancel everything. You're listed on several booking sites at different rates, charge the credit card, then say five days before departure that the booking can't go ahead. It feels like you choose the reservations made through the sites with the highest rates. Where do you think you are?????? Lamentable!!!!!
