We picked this hotel for its heated pool, and the website said it would be 32 °C. We were there at the end of November, with the air around 15 °C, so of course the pool couldn't actually be 32 °C. Even so, staying here was a really positive experience. My son and husband were able to swim, and there's a sauna nearby to warm up in afterward. There was plenty else to do too, including a climbing wall, trampoline, game room, and more. We had a comfortable time and definitely weren't bored.

The decor makes you feel like you've wandered into a cartoon. The lighting is harsh and bothered my eyes at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were lots of activities, like ping pong, foosball, and darts, plus a gym and sauna. I was there too briefly to try everything. The coast is very close, so you can get the full ocean experience.

We were there in spring, and check-in was really below standard. It took three staff members to get us checked in. The pool was okay, but not clean. They said the sauna would be ready in the afternoon, but it was never on. The jacuzzi didn't work all week, and reception staff always seemed annoyed when we asked about getting the spa facilities working. The indoor sauna smelled really bad and wasn't clean at all. The play area was okay, but didn't look much like the photos. There was no atmosphere, no music, nothing. The garden was poorly kept. Also, the kids' bed wasn't safe to use because there was no guard at the top. Honestly, it seems like an easy fix that would make it safe for adults and children. The skateboard teacher was amazing, really! Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was really bad. Good coffee is easy and cheap to offer, and everyone would be happy. Please train staff to treat guests professionally and in a friendly way, keep the spa working and clean, and tidy up the garden. Thanks!

We spent a week here surfing and relaxing, and had an amazing stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. The hotel and rooms are lovely, with a gym, sauna, and pool. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Best place to stay in Baleal.

We had a great stay in the three-bedroom apartment. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The resort works well for young and old alike, and the heated pool was lovely. My daughter's favorite was the skate park. The staff were very friendly, and the surf and skate school based on the property works with the resort. I highly recommend the place. We'll be back 🙂🙂
