We asked whether we could charge our car from a regular socket for an extra fee because the charging station app wasn’t responding. The reply was just, “No, no, no!” We were trying to book a room and hoped they could help, but the customer service was terrible. Another hotel was happy to let us use a socket, and gave us a good room and much better service.

We had a really relaxing weekend, just what I needed. The rooms have their own entrances and a parking space right outside, so to someone from the Americas it might feel more like a motel than a typical hotel. The staff were great, and the pool was lovely, though freezing, which worked well on hot days. There’s a tennis court too, and it’s a convenient spot just off the highway if you’ve been driving for a while. It’s kid friendly as well. We even caught live music at the bar, and the singer was surprisingly good. The bar food is fine for a quick burger or hot dog, but not the place for gourmet dining. Cocktails are their specialty. There are no fridges or ice machines in the rooms, but you can ask reception for ice. Thanks for a good stay.

Clean and perfectly fine for a cheap stay. I’d replace the blankets with more modern bed covers, though.

A solid low-cost hotel, with clean rooms, parking, and a nice pool. It’s well placed, close to almost everything.
