The standard room was good, with a king size bed and plenty of space, but there was no shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The restaurant was disappointing too, both the service and the food. We and some other guests waited at the bar for lunch, but nobody came over after 20 minutes, so we left. The receptionist, a man, was nice when we arrived at 1 pm. Everyone else felt cold and unfriendly. The TV showed a goodbye message when we got to the room instead of a welcome. When we checked out, the receptionist didn’t even ask how our stay had been. Unbelievable.

I’d definitely stay here again. The manager at the desk was super friendly, and the rooms were large, clean, and well appointed. They even had fresh fruit laid out in the room. The buffet breakfast was nice, with everything you could imagine. Best stay ever!

The staff were so kind, and the hotel was beautiful. We loved the quality and couldn’t believe how lovely it was. The restaurant looked beautiful too, and the food was wonderful. There’s also a rooftop pool that would be great in the summer.

The hotel has been renovated, the staff are friendly, and there’s a nice restaurant. It’s easy to reach, with everything within walking distance, so it works well for a one night stay. The main issue is traffic noise over the cobblestone streets on both sides. It’s not a quiet spot, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone sensitive to noise.

A good Holiday Inn quality hotel, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. There’s underground parking for 10€ a night, and the restaurant opens at 7 pm.
