We spent a few days relaxing here, with a swim in the clear private pool and walks through fields full of fig trees. Beatas sits on a hill, only a short distance from Beja, and Helena makes a wonderful breakfast. The road in is a little rough and rural, but that became part of the experience.
8/10
We stayed on a farm and found the people lovely. The room was large, with a bathtub, and the breakfast was very nice. Good value, though the place felt a little neglected out of season.

Such a lovely place to spend a holiday, and the pancakes were the best!

The pool was the best part for us, and we came away feeling properly rested. Helena and Jorge were warm hosts. She made us a delicious breakfast, and he looked after the pool. We were also allowed to pick figs in the fields. The dogs and cat were very sweet too. The roads leading to the accommodation are a bit bumpy.
10/10
The rooms and their amenities were clean and well looked after, and the pool is a real plus. D. Helena was attentive and friendly, and made sure we had what we needed to feel comfortable. Her availability as a host really stood out. I’d gladly stay here again if I return to the area.
