Nuno was attentive and thoughtful throughout, which made everything run smoothly and added a lot to my stay. I also loved the rooftop lounge for relaxing and taking in the views. The apartment is modern, nicely decorated, and has what you need to be comfortable. It’s right in central Boticas, with shops and places to eat nearby. I’d happily recommend it to anyone staying in town.

Nuno was friendly and available whenever we needed help. The modern flat was really comfortable, and the house is well placed for amenities, nearby villages, and Gerês National Park. It’s a lovely spot among the mountains. If you get the chance, visit the Vinho dos Mortos memorial too.

We planned on a week and ended up staying for two. The apartment was clean, equipped, and still well maintained since our visit 3.5 years ago. We were in the village center, with great views and supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants close by. It also worked well as a base for hiking. Cleaning and fresh towels and linens were included during our stay, and communication with Nuno and his mother was very good.

Nuno was such a friendly, attentive host, and they really think through the little details. The apartment was comfortable, very well equipped, and in a great spot. We only had one night there, but it was a 10/10 for us, and we’ll be back for longer next time.

The rooftop at Casa Sousa was a lovely place to get some fresh air and enjoy the views. We were welcomed warmly by Nuno, and the care the owners put into the decor and modern equipment was clear. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The place is right in the center of Boticas, so it’s easy to enjoy the village, the natural beauty, and the quiet surroundings. A very relaxing, welcoming stay, and an excellent choice for a comfortable, authentic experience in this beautiful region. I recommend it.
