The space was clean and roomy, with a kitchen and work area. Check-in was easy, and the staff were accommodating. It's in a great spot, close to plaza de republica and other points of interest.

Flexible check-in and check-out are a real plus. The place was super cozy, clean and modern, and the location was great. I'd recommend it 100%.

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and it turned out to be my last. I wouldn't recommend it, since we lost time because of the hotel's technical problems and then were rushed out, and I found the staff's response unprofessional and unwelcoming. We arrived at 13:00, the check-in time, and immediately met an electrician asking whether we had the hotel key. He was waiting for a staff member to open the door so he could fix the intercom. We didn't have a key, and he told us we couldn't get in because the intercom, which unlocks the door and whose code you receive after paying for the stay, was broken. He'd already been waiting an unknown amount of time for staff to bring a key. We contacted the hotel through its available channels and were told an employee was on the way with one. We were really upset that it took 30 minutes for her to show up. She seemed so unconcerned that, for a moment, we thought she was another guest or tourist. We were standing in scorching sun, and the electrician had probably already been waiting for hours. When she arrived, she tried several keys on the main entrance and none worked because she didn't have the right one. She asked for a few more minutes to get it. The electrician eventually gave her a ride to speed things up, since he seemed to know he'd otherwise be left waiting again for several minutes or hours. After another 30 minutes, they returned with the right key and got us inside. We thought the trouble was finally over, but it wasn't. We'd booked one night, from 13:00 until 12:00 the following day. Because of the entry problems, we didn't actually get in until 14:00. At about 11:45 the next morning, someone began knocking repeatedly, harder as the minutes went by. Thinking they might force their way into the apartment, I answered at 11:50, five minutes later. I said, "Yes, good morning," and the cleaning staff member replied, "You have to leave." I explained what we'd gone through and said we'd stay at least 30 more minutes. She refused, saying guests were waiting to come in and it would be impossible to leave later. She added, "After that, only another 5 minutes at most!" I asked her to check with the people in charge to confirm what had happened before pushing us to leave. In the end, we left sooner than I'd said, and got even less time than we'd lost. After we left an honest rating in the app where we'd bought the "night," the hotel messaged us within minutes to dispute it. They said the problem had been fixed and they'd given us up to 30 extra minutes. I found it immature of the staff to be so lacking in hospitality and professionalism, then try to discredit our review, perhaps to get it removed. If you're thinking of staying here, beware of technical problems at the hotel, since you'll be the one who suffers. I won't be back.
