We only stopped at Burgus briefly, on a chance booking with my wife, but the staff’s kindness really stood out. Whatever we asked for was handled quickly and without making things difficult for us. Some hotels have fancier comforts, but we’ve never been treated with this much care anywhere else. If friends or family visit Braga, this is the only place I’d suggest. Thanks!

The hotel was spotless and well cared for, and it was great value for what we paid. I came with a friend and we’d asked in advance for two beds in the double. They made sure we had them and upgraded us from a standard room when we arrived. The staff were very helpful, even finding WD-40 for a sticky suitcase wheel. It’s on a lovely tree-lined street, with restaurants, shops, and historic sights nearby. The location is fabulous.

The a la carte breakfast was a highlight, though the coffee could’ve been better. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The location’s great, but the amenities felt too basic for the price. In 2025, having no plug by the bed feels like a miss.

The staff were A+, and breakfast was made to order with very good quality food. My room and bathroom were very clean, with comfortable bedding and a great shower. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and the main attractions. Definitely recommend.

We booked five nights with breakfast, and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were accommodating when our schedule changed, and the food was amazing. They went above and beyond to make the stay special, and we wish them all the best. We’d stay here again if we return to Braga. Our two-level suite was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had a king bed, a sitting area, and two bathrooms. The hotel is in Braga’s historic district, close to shops, sights, and restaurants.
