The staff were great, but the hostel itself was all I could see. Cold air came through gaps in the annex, making the place terribly uncomfortable, and rain came in at the windows. It felt far too expensive when there weren’t kitchen items to help guests out. We also couldn’t use the freezer around the clock, which was inconvenient. I tried to sort out a problem with the hotel manager, but I didn’t like the way he spoke to me.

My room was dirty and freezing, and the air conditioning wasn’t working right. When I raised it, staff just told me, “We’re closing anyway.” The breakfast was poor too, and the cheese wasn’t even edible. What a joke.

It’s inexpensive and well located, with a good breakfast, so I’d only suggest it for a short stay. The beds weren’t very good, the toilet didn’t work properly, and a family in the room above mine was loud.

The price was good and my stay was comfortable. The staff were helpful and the service was excellent, with everything close by.

Right in the city center, and it has all the essential facilities. Every employee I met was very nice.
