The team at reception, housekeeping, room service and the restaurant/kitchen were all fantastic and did everything they could to help. Breakfast was amazing for us, with vegetarian and gluten-free choices, and the coffee was one of the best things we had during our stay. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly. We loved the room's concept. It was spacious enough for two, with very comfortable beds and pillows, and both the bathroom and shower were clean. We already miss our time there and would choose Holiday Inn Braga again if we return to Braga. Helping: 5 stars. Foods: 5 stars. Staff/Crew: 5 stars. Room/Cleaning: 5 stars.

I stayed here for five days and have nothing to complain about. It's a clean, welcoming hotel near the university of Minho, with excellent service and an excellent location. The staff and managers were great. I also forgot to mention the swimming pool and decent gym. I highly recommend it.

A cozy, relaxed hotel with really lovely staff. The sauna deserves a special mention ❤️ There are plenty of nearby parks for a picnic or some sports. I'd warmly recommend it. The drawback is that it's quite far from the city centre and the train and bus stations.

When I asked for a sheet to cover the couch, Maria on staff asked if three people were sleeping in the room. I reminded her she'd just checked us in and there were only two of us. She'd also told us the pool was available, but when my husband went in, he was escorted out. We later found out it can't be used until June. If you want to be treated like a criminal, go to this hotel. Maria will look at you with suspicion and roll her eyes when you check out.

It's a fairly new hotel, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The front desk staff, Marisa e Ines, were very nice and suggested places to visit nearby.
