The location is the main plus, about a 15-minute walk from the old town center. The room was basic, just the bare minimum, and not somewhere I'd choose to relax. We'd booked air conditioning but couldn't find any control for it. We checked in, unpacked, then went out to meet friends and got back late, so we couldn't really ask about it. Our room faced the road, and we had to keep the windows shut because of the noise. Thankfully there was a fan.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I booked one night for December 15, 2025, at a hotel in Braga, but when I arrived, it was a closed house with nobody there to help or give information. A gate notice listed a phone number, but they wouldn't answer my calls and only contacted people through WhatsApp. When I messaged to ask where I could park, I was treated badly. The listing had promised free parking, which is why I booked, but there was nowhere to leave a car outside either. It's on a very busy avenue with no sidewalk. I didn't even get inside. I believe they're scammers. I also blame eDreams. The platform should check listings more carefully, or its credibility will suffer. Rating: 0.

The room was freezing, and there was no air conditioning in either the bedroom or bathroom. For bedding, we got only a sheet and a very thin blanket, completely unsuitable for the end of December. The beds were also far from what the listing described: instead of two single beds and one double, there were two extremely uncomfortable wire-mesh divans, and the supposed double was only one-and-a-half-person size. The room itself was smaller than the size shown on the platform. The advertising is clearly misleading, and I definitely don't recommend this hotel.
