The staff were wonderful and really went out of their way when I ran into a problem. I also lost something, and they found it where I’d accidentally dropped it. They were kind and understanding throughout. The rooms are comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. Just a great hotel.

We had a Nespresso coffee maker, and the beds were large and comfortable, but the room came with a long list of problems. The bathroom was quite small, and the TV remote couldn’t turn the television off, so it had to be replaced. There was no obvious power button on the TV. In fairly cold weather, around 8° C, the heating didn’t seem to work. Once we got it running, reception gave us an extra key to leave in the slot so the heat would stay on. The refrigerator and safe were disconnected, and the room phone didn’t work. Reception couldn’t fix it, and there was no technical support over the weekend. The hotel is in a pedestrian area, so you have to carry your suitcase there. Parking is at a nearby Shopping Center. Get the address from the hotel, since they validate it. Breakfast was adequate but not great, and the serving area doesn’t have much room for many items. We were there for our anniversary and paid for the package, but the sparkling wine was missing from the room.

It took me a couple of tries to find the hotel, but local people helped me out. I stayed two nights and found it very clean, and the staff were amazing. Victor checked me in with a warm welcome and let me know about the white party in advance, which I appreciated. Karoline at reception was lovely too, helping with taxis and taking great care of me. I really enjoyed my stay at Moon & Sun Braga and I’m sure I’ll be back in Braga. Many thanks, please keep it up!

The staff were super friendly and easy to reach, and breakfast had plenty of good options, though the Nespresso coffee wasn’t great. The hotel has a cosy atmosphere, and my room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. I would’ve liked more details or art in the room, but otherwise I couldn’t fault it. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Braga and within walking distance of everything. Very good value for the quality and location. Recommended!

The staff are really wonderful, and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast could use more variety, but I’d definitely come back.
