The view over the sunset was lovely, and we found the apartment pretty good overall. It’s a steep walk of about 35 minutes down to the beach. Inside, the equipment is quite sparse: only a few pots, pans and pieces of cutlery, no tea towels or beach towels, and there’s no oven or microwave.

Everything was clean and the atmosphere was good. I’d recommend it. A sauna and swimming pool would have earned an extra star, but otherwise it was all good. Thanks to Miss Nelia, the landlord.

Good value, and the rooms were clean with no bad smells. There’s a nice view too, and Calheta beach isn’t far away.

Free parking behind the building was a real plus. The location was great, the staff were nice, everything was super clean, and the view was the best. Great choice!

The room has a really nice view, and just about everything you might need is nearby: a bank, post office, taxi station, gas station, beer bar and hospital.
