I love that this apartment is actually comfortable. There are places to relax both indoors and outside, and I didn’t have to sit on a wooden chair or stay on the bed, as I’ve had to in many places I’ve stayed in Madeira. That alone earns it five stars from me.

Parking right in front of the house was easy, with enough spaces. The beach is only a five-minute walk down the street. We really enjoyed this cozy, minimalist place, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely, and absolutely recommendable.

The house matched its description, and it’s a pleasant place to stay. There are nice spots to eat and drink along the seafront, and the supermarket is a little farther along. We also went on an excellent dolphin and whale watching boat trip. The sea front is a short walk down the hill.

There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen is nice, with a door out to a small enclosed garden where you can have a barbecue. It’s a five-minute walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to the supermarket.
