The location makes it easy to get around Funchal, with restaurants, shops, bus stops, and many sights nearby. Inside, there's plenty of room: a large living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and came with useful basics like a washing machine, microwave, kettle, small coffee maker, iron, and hairdryer. There are also plenty of shops and fast food places in the building's shopping center. A great base for a stay in Funchal.
