I was really upset when I realized I’d booked for next year instead of this year. The payment couldn’t be refunded, and the hotel was fully booked for the dates I actually needed. But INES SOUSA was so understanding. She calmly explained the reservation policies and said she’d speak with her superiors. They let me cancel without any cost. I can’t thank INES SOUSA and the hotel’s administrative team enough for being so understanding and selfless. The hotel showed real integrity and professionalism. Thank you, INES, and the whole team. 💐💐💐💐💐💐 Wishing you all prosperity now and in the future.

MEU Hotel was a great choice for our last-minute booking. The area is lovely, with restaurants and cafés around, and Porto is about 20 minutes away.

We were there for a casamento, so didn’t get to see the whole hotel. The room was neat and very clean, and breakfast was great.

The staff were superb. The girls at reception were very kind, and they moved breakfast 30 minutes earlier so we could have it before our early flight. I’m really grateful. The room on floor -1 wasn’t very spacious, but the shower was big and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I loved how clean and peaceful it was. Porto city is close enough, and there’s a restaurant, a fruit and veggie stand, cafés with great coffee and bakery prices, and supermarkets just steps away. A bigger supermarket is about 10 minutes away. Breakfast was good too.
