Eco Soul Ericeira Guesthouse

Breakfast was superb, and the place has a lot in its favor: it was clean, calm, and the hospitality was good. Still, we found the many rules and sterile feel a bit confusing. There’s no fridge, kitchen, or cutlery access. One evening we wanted takeaway, but after breakfast the common kitchen was off limits and we had no cutlery. That’s a real drawback for a longer stay. The rooms are small, with no chairs indoors, so in bad weather you end up sitting on the bed. There’s a lot of potential here, but Eco Soulless would be a more fitting name.

We’ve just wrapped up four nights here and had a fantastic stay. It’s a calm, quiet place to unwind, and the nearby beach is an easy walk and wasn’t crowded. The hosts were incredible, just as other guests have said, and gave us lots of helpful suggestions and assistance during our stay. A great base for enjoying Ericeira and the area around it.

The garden was such a lovely place to relax or watch the sunset, with an open view of the ocean. Every part of this place feels thoughtfully done and creates an amazing atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and have really comfortable beds. I looked forward to the fresh, delicious breakfast made to order every morning. A huge thank you to Camile and Saul for making our stay in Ericeira so wonderful ❤️ We found a real gem here and can’t wait to come back. It felt like home ❤️

We loved staying at Eco Soul. It feels peaceful and homey, and we felt very welcome. Camile was helpful and clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay, with lots of good recommendations. The grounds are beautifully arranged, with great places to relax and incredible views. There’s a lot to explore nearby, so having a rental car would be useful.
