We ended up extending our stay from four days to two weeks, and invited our family to join us. That says a lot about how happy we were there. The spacious room was upgraded to a suite, which gave us a separate space to work, and breakfast was delicious. The staff made the whole visit memorable, from Laura greeting us to the valet team. Sofia, the Guest Services Manager, was especially thoughtful and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was warm and attentive. It’s rare to see such happy staff delivering this level of care, even at five-star hotels we’ve stayed in around the world. The hotel is beautiful and in a great spot. We’ll definitely return to Cascais. The team’s service reflects well on the management and the training they provide. Thank you!

The rooms were lovely and spacious, and we were given a larger one at no extra cost since it was available. Dinner was good, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. Everyone we met was kind and attentive, always ready with a smile or a friendly word. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

The service was the best part of our visit. Guest Relations Sofia and Carolina put so much care into arranging a lovely birthday surprise for my boyfriend. The man who checked us in was welcoming and kind from the start, and Nuno served our drinks with real warmth and professionalism. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and spotless, with thoughtful touches throughout. The birthday cake and champagne were a lovely surprise. The hotel was peaceful, and its outdoor areas and shared spaces made it easy to relax. The amenities were excellent, and the personalized attention made the price feel well worth it. The setting is ideal, right by the sea with beautiful views and an easy walk to the center of Cascais. Five stars for the location, room, service, amenities, value, and quiet.

The spa was a wonderful place to unwind, and my partner and I left feeling recharged. We also appreciated the late checkout, which gave us extra time to enjoy the hotel before going back to the real world. We stayed two nights from 21 November and loved the room, especially after being upgraded to one with a sea view. Breakfast had lots of choice, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. The whole property gave us a real five-star experience, better than many other luxury hotels we’ve visited. Thanks to all the staff we met for their kindness and professionalism. We strongly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back.
