Cátia was especially kind and professional, shared useful sightseeing tips, and let me check in early. I was also offered a late check-out, though I didn’t end up needing it. As a Gold member, I got an upgrade to a premium room with an ocean view. I felt safe, comfortable and well looked after. The room was immaculate and lovely to look at, with a marble bathroom and a balcony where I enjoyed morning espresso. I also found the sauna relaxing, and breakfast had plenty of fresh food and drinks. Many places are within walking distance. The one thing I noticed was the busy street and traffic, but I could look past that. The staff were kind and accommodating throughout, and I had an excellent stay at Legacy Hotel.

My wife and I booked this for a vacation, and the service was exceptional. The staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the beautiful, cozy room and building, and the breakfast was high quality and worth the price. The hotel is also close to great attractions and the train station. I’d highly recommend it if you’re visiting Lisbon.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the 24-hour gym was the one thing I really liked. It was well equipped, with water and towels. Otherwise, this was a very average hotel. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. They fixed it by the end of the day, but it should have been sorted before check-in. Water and coffee in the room cost extra. In the king legacy suite bathroom there was only a small sink and a shower, with no bathtub, bidet or hygienic shower. The spa feels like it’s there for advertising: the sauna was the smallest I’ve seen, only 55 degrees inside, and the tiny pool isn’t really big enough to swim in.

We liked using Cascais as a more relaxed base than Lisbon, and day trips to Lisbon and Sintra were super easy from here. The hotel is well placed for walking to the town centre, restaurants and waterfront. Our room was quiet, with just a little street noise now and then, nothing bad. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great stay.

My room was upgraded to a clean, comfortable Premium Ocean View Room with a balcony. This is a very nice boutique hotel, with friendly reception staff and a very good breakfast. There’s a spa with a small indoor pool and sauna, as well as an outdoor pool that’s quite small too.
