We stayed in apartment 12-13 on the first floor, with two lovely, spacious rooms and comfortable double beds. It worked well for families. The owners were kind and helpful, and the location is excellent in Braga’s historic center, near the Cathedral, cafes and restaurants downstairs, and the main pedestrian street.

Terrible customer service. We booked through Expedia/Last Minute, but when we arrived they rejected the reservation, saying they had no agreement with that site. We ended up paying twice in cash, and it took three months to get our money back. When we called to ask what had happened, the staff member, Daniela if I’m remembering right, was rude and unprofessional. She blamed us for not using the right website, as though it were our job to sign up their business partners. Avoid this place.

The room was lovely, and the host was great. Very good breakfast and excellent cleaning.

They apparently don’t know which booking sites they’ve signed up with. Sorting out the refund turned into a three-month battle. A bad experience.
