The food was good quality and worth what we paid. I liked the orange risotto, which was unusual but not weird at all. Its acidity balanced the foie gras sauce nicely. I had to try the wasabi sorbet since I’ve never seen that flavor of gelato anywhere else, and it really did taste like wasabi. Our waiter seemed new to the job that day, but was very friendly. I’d recommend making a reservation.

A five minute walk from our VRBO, this place was a real find in Cascais. Best meal we’ve had in Portugal so far. The truffle bite looked just like the photo online and tasted a million times better than I expected. Don’t miss the ice cream, Coffee Time was sublime!

The sushi here has the best quality to price ratio I’ve found in Lisbon, with amazing food at a fair price. It’s spectacular, and the food is still five star. But Saturday night was disappointing. The food took forever to arrive for us and for the surrounding tables, and the staff were so overwhelmed that it spoiled the evening somewhat. I won’t come back on a busy night. This was my fourth visit to Villa Saboia, though the previous ones were all for lunch. I came on Saturday evening to celebrate a special occasion.

We’ve visited before and will certainly return. The food is delicious, both in taste and presentation, and it’s a beautiful place. Neto’s kind, professional service made the experience even better. Truly recommend!
