This is a slum, don’t stay here. The photos don’t show how poor and filthy the place is. I can’t understand how a company like Olala Homes would deliberately take people’s money with such a misleading picture of the accommodation. There was broken, stained furniture, damp, mold, broken shutters, greasy stains, exposed electrical wiring, and excrement on the toilet. How it can carry a clean and safe badge makes a joke of Portugal’s standards.

The apartment was sparkling clean and nicely designed, and the host responded quickly and was very helpful. It’s right by Cascais old center, in a truly marvelous place. I’ll surely come back.

In my opinion, this cozy apartment is good value for the price, and we’d definitely return. Restaurants and the beach are all within a 10 minute walk, and it’s easy to get to other places too. The apartment was very clean and in a great spot.
